If you have a PC, make sure to right click on the link and "save as" the video.
If you have a Mac, "ctrl + click" and save as.

What is a rar file and how does it work?
A rar file is a data container that stores file(s) in a compressed form. To unpack it, you need Winrar (for PC), or UnrarX (for Mac).

When I try to play an .avi video file, it says I don't have the required CODEC?
Most of the files on the site are in xvid version. You need the correct codec. You can download it here.

How did you get the idea of this Q/A section?
Thanks to Debbie, webmaster of www.iansomerhalder.net. I came across her site, noticed her cool Friday Five section, and thought this would be a good idea to do that with Kate.

I've sent a few questions, but never got an answer. How do you select the questions?
I receive a lot of questions and read them all. If I notice that a lot of fans want to know the same kind of things (questions that are appropriate and don't concern Kate's *private* life...), I select the most complete and well formulated one. It's a way for me to try to please the most people.

What do you do with the questions you still haven't selected? Do I have to send them in to you again?
No need to email them again, since I archive them all. I sometimes use some that I received a few weeks ago.

What's the process of the Q/A section?
I select 5 fan questions every 2 weeks. I send them to Kate. She answers them and sends them back to me. I post them for fans to read.
